On the 8th October 2013 the Conclave was honoured with the presence of R Wy Bro Laurie Young, Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler who was attending in his capacity as a member of the Conclave.

Due to the absence of members present at the meeting on this occasion, the proposed rehearsal of the Induction ceremony was cancelled and an informal talk was given by the Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler regarding the duties and responsibilities of the Visiting Deacons which was very well received by the Brethren.

A Grand Conclave certificate was then by presented to Bro Mark Donovan by R Wy Bro L Young in a very informative manner.

Despite the small number attending the Brethren enjoyed a happy and friendly meeting and an enjoyable Festive Board.
