Surrey was honoured when the Grand Supreme Ruler and his Grand Team came to Surbiton Masonic Hall to Install R. Wy. Bro. Laurence James Young as the new Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler for Surrey, this was conducted by M. Wy. Bro Michael William Guest GSR in his very special manner which is as flawless as perfect in its delivery and execution.

R. Wy. Bro. Laurie then proceeded to Install V. Wy. Bro. Lionel Broadbent Mee G.Treas. as his Deputy Provincial Grand Supreme Ruler in his own inimitable way. The Grand Team included R. Wy. Bro. Roy Leavers GChan as Counsellor, Wy. Bro. Louis Keats AGChap as Grand Chaplain and V. Wy. Bro. John Bryant PGV as Grand Standard Bearer.

After the Installation Ceremony Provincial Grand Conclave held its Annual Meeting for 2012 and the list of newly appointed Provincial Officers is published separately on this website. Well over 100 Brethren, including many Provincial Grand Supreme Rulers, Deputy Provincial Grand Supreme Rulers and Provincial Grand Recorders together with a galaxy of Grand Officers and Provincial Grand Officers, attended the ceremonies in the Temple and 95 dined afterwards and enjoyed an excellent meal at Surbiton Masonic Centre.
